Flank Steak Sandwiches
6 Rolls Ciabatta Bread
1 Onion
1 Pepper
1 Flank Steak
Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese
Butter
Add some cooking tallow or oil to your cast iron skillet. Sautee your onion and peppers. Once done, set aside and cook your steak to your liking. Let rest for 10 minutes with a couple tablespoons of butter on top. While resting, butter your bread and toast in the oven for a couple minutes at 350 degrees. Take out, add your steak, onion, peppers, and cheese on top. Place back in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Brush with butter when done and let cool for a couple minutes and enjoy!
